Fondazione MAST: UNIFORM INTO THE WORK / OUT OF THE WORK

The MAST Foundation presents the large exhibition project UNIFORM INTO THE WORK / OUT OF THE WORK: a journey through uniforms, which calls for reflection on being and appearing. The two photographic exhibitions, one collective and one monographic, investigate the multiple types of clothing worn by workers in different historical, social and professional contexts. Born to distinguish the wearer, the uniforms on the one hand show belonging to a category, an arrangement or a body, without class and census distinctions, on the other hand they show a separation from the community.
