MASSIMILIANO CAMELLINI – BAG GALLERY

BEYOND WATER is the name of the exhibition opening today at 6 p.m. at Bag Gallery in Parma.

An unprecedented photographic project in which Camellini goes in search of the interior spaces of cargo ships: floating city-states, where it is necessary to find the new daily stability; the places of work and the places of rest, the common spaces and the rooms in which to keep objects, totems and simulacra, all elements capable of deceiving the distance from dry land, capable of dissimulating that continuous motion, that nomadism of ‘travelers chronic’ contemporaries.
